"The shirt looked fine when I tried it..."
The shirt looked fine when I tried it on, but umm, after wearing it for a bit the fabric started to feel kind of scratchy. It just wasn’t comfortable enough for me.

"Shipping was fast, but the tracking felt misleading"
My order actually showed up sooner than I expected, which was nice. But the tracking barely updated and made it seem like the package wasn’t moving at all, so I felt a bit misled the whole time

"Pretty disappointing quality"
I was surprised by how quickly this fell apart after just one wash. Maybe I got a bad batch or the stitching wasn’t done properly, but it definitely didn’t hold up the way I expected.

"I didn’t expect the return process..."
I didn’t expect the return process to be such a pain, but wow, it was frustrating. I’ve returned plenty of things before without much trouble, so maybe I was spoiled by that. Side note, I had planned to deal with this quickly before making dinner, and somehow it turned into this whole evening project. The instructions weren’t very clear, and it felt like there were too many steps just to send something back. Not a great experience

My order got here quick, which was nice, but one of the items wasn’t the size I chose. Everything else was right and looked totally fine. Not the biggest deal or anything, just kinda annoying to deal with after waiting for it. I’d probably give them another shot, though

"Color wasn’t quite what I expected"
I ordered a hoodie from forrestfrankstore.com and it showed up quickly, which was nice. The only bummer was the color looked a little different from the photos online — kind of more faded in person. It’s still totally wearable and the quality seems fine, I just wish the pictures were a bit more accurate.

"Still waiting on that restock update"
At first I was totally fine waiting for the item to come back in stock, and I figured I’d hear something eventually. But nope, nothing. it got frustrating fast because the restock updates were basically useless

"Site design feels a bit thrown together"
I wasn’t a big fan of the website’s look, to be honest. Some parts are really plain, while other areas feel oddly cluttered, so browsing wasn’t as smooth or pleasant as I expected. A few pages also look a little outdated, which kind of makes it seem like the design hasn’t been given much attention. Overall, it made the store feel less polished than I thought it would.

"Delivery was unreliable"
My order showed up way later than it was supposed to, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. When I reached out, I just got one of those canned apologies that doesn’t really say anything or help fix the issue. it was annoying...

"Packaging arrived beat up"
I’ll admit I might be a little picky about packaging, but when something shows up in a crushed box, it’s hard not to notice. The item itself didn’t feel like it had much protection inside either, so I was worried before I even opened it all the way.
For what I paid, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect it to be packed a bit more carefully. Maybe it was just my shipment, but it came across as careless, and I feel like that’s fair to point out.

"Fit was mostly good"
The shirt fit well overall, but the sleeves were a bit long. Felt like they designed it assuming everyone has longer arms than normal.

Mine showed up damaged, which was frustrating, especially for the price. I was expecting it to arrive in better shape. I’m still waiting to get a fix or replacement sorted out, but the process has been more annoying than I hoped. If you order this, I’d definitely recommend opening the package and checking everything as soon as it arrives.

I had a hard time using the website and couldn’t really find what I was looking for without clicking around a lot. I even checked my email receipt to see if there was a direct link or any helpful info there, but it didn’t make things much easier...

"Looked great at first, but didn’t hold up"
I really wanted to like this shirt because the print looked nice when it arrived. In my head, I figured washing it inside out would be enough to keep it in good shape, but after about 3 washes the design started cracking and fading. Maybe I was assuming too much, but for the price I kind of expected it to last longer. Disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"Canceling worked, but they made it more of a hassle than it needed to be"
I was able to cancel in the end, so I’ll give them that, but it took way longer than it should have. Not sure why they have to make a simple cancellation drag out like that, but it definitely got annoying
